The COLLAIV® system is used to tether 3mL and 10mL Insulin vials to pharmaceutical dispensing stations.  The system is made up of a Tether Chain Assembly and VIAL LOCKING Collar Assembly.  The VIAL LOCKING collar assembly is made up of two locking collars which are snapped together around the vial neck.  The VIAL LOCLING collar assembly is a one-time use lock and disposed of with the vial at end of life.  The Tether Chain Assembly is attached to the drawer with a foam mounting pad and is reused with each new vial.
